Return & Exchange

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.  If within 14 days after receive of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return it for a full refund or exchange it for other items.  However, all products must be returned in the state in which they were originally received.  Products which have been modified or used will not be accepted for exchange or return.  Please note that our shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.  Restocking fee may apply if return is not in the original condition. 


For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.


Items sold at a discount off the original retail price (on sale or with special promotion code) are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for sale items.


Items that were engraved cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty.


Prior to shipping any items back to us, please email us or call us for Return Authorization Number.  One of our customer service representatives will provide you with detailed instructions on how to process a return.

Return your item(s) insured with the following:
- Your telephone number and e-mail address inside the shipping box
- Original packaging and return item(s)
- Proof of purchase or gift certificate
- Return Authorization Number
- Write down "Return" clearly on custom form if outside Canada

We suggest returning via EMS, USPS, or Canada Post.  Please note package should be insured, and we do not accept return package with duties incurred.


Should your purchase become defective within 1 year of the purchase date, we will gladly take the item back to our warehouse, where a jeweller will professionally inspect it to determine the proper course of action. stands behind our merchandise, and will try to repair the item first. Should that not be possible, we will replace the item with a brand new one. In the event that we are unsuccessful in repairing or replacing the item due to lack of stock or an item being discontinued, we will issue a full credit for the item. Repairs and replacements within the 90-day warranty period are free of charge to our customers. However, products that have been modified or abused will not be covered under our free repair warranty.

After our 1 year warranty period has expired, will gladly fix your purchase through our repair service. Please contact us prior to shipping the item so that we may provide a quote on repair costs based on your description of the problem. Once a quotation has been agreed upon, you may then ship the repair item to us. Please note that brands made by companies other than Mosaic Design Jewelry must be quoted on and repaired by the brand's repair center: please contact the brand repair center in question directly. You may find their location and phone number in the warranty booklet accompanying the item.

All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned, along with the original product, when the original product is returned for credit.
